How does the Incarnation change how I teach my courses? What are the curricular implications of living in a redeemed creation? How does “the light of the world” shine on teachers and students alike? This Colleagues in Contact course engages teachers across the network in considering how Christ’s birth changes everything, especially how and why we teach and learn. Through a series of selected readings and forum responses, participants strengthen appreciation of the bonds students and teachers share as Catholic learners. Subjects include: The Five Marks of Catholic Schools, Witness of the Heretics (from G.K. Chesterton’s The Thing), It’s More than Just Religion, and Teaching After the Resurrection. Join in an exploration of how living our faith is an educational best-practice.
