Course Description
Develop a foundation with a toolbox of photo tech skills and artistic design through creative exploration. Shoot images with impact! Experiment with almost any lens - Students will use one approved chosen digital imaging device registered with the teacher at the beginning of the course! Express various topics with current student photos recorded specifically for the course assignments. Use a Digital Imaging Program like PhotoShop for editing, and use Google Photos for Albums.
MEET YOUR TEACHER
Ms. Carter
Mr. Carter lives in Bethany Beach, DE, where she greats to hear the ocean from her cottage, and to be inspired by the atmosphere of the shore! She processes her photography from her shoots in a big glass-windowed porch. She supports the local Famers’ Market with her photography each Summer, doing Social Media for them.
Mr. Carter has taught art and photo on the high school level, and worked as a professional artist/ photographer for about 45 years and loves it! Her photo and art philosophy: Learning to LOOK is the foundation, then learn design and composition, then discover how to use whatever tools you wish in order to express your vision! She can’t wait for you to show us what you see in your unique way!
